Who We Are:

RUSSELL R. MOKER, Esquire

Russell R. Moker obtained his license to practice law in California in 1977 and obtained his Arizona license in 1988. While practicing in California, Mr. Moker focused primarily on civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury cases, both Plaintiff and Defense.

After moving to Arizona in 1987, Mr. Moker returned to private practice in Sedona, where he has acquired a vast array of experience in litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Moker's practice is primarily civil litigation, with an emphasis on domestic relations cases. Other civil litigation matters include personal injury, both plaintiff and defense, real estate, construction and probate cases.

Mr. Moker is assisted by two certified legal assistants, Laurie Brander and Lea Lagas, CLA.

LAURIE M. BRANDER, CLA

Laurie has worked as a paralegal and law office administrator in Phoenix since 1985. Her experience is primarily in the area of litigation, including personal injury (both plaintiff and defense), and medical malpractice. She obtained certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants in 1994 and, prior to moving to Sedona and joining Mr. Moker's firm in 1997, was employed at Harris & Palumbo in Phoenix.

LEA LAGAS, CLA

Lea Lagas has 20 years experience as a paralegal. She obtained certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants in 1998 and was employed by Duncan & Kazragis in Sedona for 17 years, where she gained experience in litigation, domestic relations and transactional matters.
