She is action-oriented, believing the goal of counseling is to learn from and quickly let go of the past, and to create a successful future by learning to live happily and effectively in the present. She enjoys encouraging and supporting clients who relish the opportunity to build their life skills to achieve balance and happiness. That person may be you. Ellen's approaches to change are based on what works for real people in the real world. She teaches you skills which happy, successful people use in their everyday life. Ellen believes in sharing practical information which her clients can put to immediate use. She helps people to identify their core values and make choices which are in line with those values so that they can enjoy consistent peace of mind as they build the their lives. Ellen offers a free phone consultation. Practice includes but is not limited to: Relationship Issues; Anxiety or Fears;Depression; Divorce; Life Coaching; Loss or Grief; Parenting; Sex Therapy; and Loneliness.
