Description of Services

For over 20 years I have been a licensed MFT, offering compassionate, competent and convenient therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families and adolescents. You'll find me supportive and understanding, offering questions and reflections to guide you in handling your challenges and making changes you desire. My style is interactive, and because I have been extensively trained in Solution-Focused Therapy, much of the work I do is shorter-term than "traditional" therapy. Also different from traditional therapy is that counseling sessions aren't necessarily once a week, we can make appointments based on your goals and your schedule.
