As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and Mediator, I offer a unique blend of logic, skill, diligence and compassion to gather all the data and produce creative financial solutions that will help you and your advisors deal effectively with the financial stress of separation and divorce, and reach a sensible equitable settlement. Property division, maintenance, child support, retirement, QDRO's etc. As a CDFA, I can assist you with reviewing your current situation, budgeting for the future, analyzing possible settlement options, and minimizing the tax impact. I also prepare and review QDROs, and value pension plans. I am a member of two collaborative law practice groups in Denver and Boulder. Collaborative law is a way to engage attorneys so that they work in a non-adversarial way to help you reach an equitable settlement. As a mediator, I work with another experienced mediator in a co-mediation model. This provides clients with a gender balanced team approach. My partner is highly experienced in parenting and communication issues. Our fees are no more than using a single mediator but we are more effective by being able to work with the parties more effectively and efficiently to achieve agreements.
