A neutral mediator trained to work out disagreements and reduce conflicts, helps you and your spouse to work out a divorce settlement covering assets and liabilities division, spousal support as well as child support and parenting issues. Contrary to what many people believe, mediation is not just for "friendly" divorces. Most divorcing couples experience extreme emotional distress: a trained mediator helps them focus on their common goals of protecting their children and avoiding emotionally and financially draining legal battles.
