Raab & Raab, which traces its beginning back to 1976, has offices conveniently located in a newly renovated building just north of Oakland Park Boulevard. There is ample parking just outside the door and easy access from I-95. Regular office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Matrimonial and Family Law matters (divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, division of marital property, marital and prenuptial agreements) are the focus of our practice. We also provide legal services to our clients in Probate of Estates, Probate Litigation (will contests), Criminal and Traffic matters. We are available to act as Mediators in Family Law matters and to arbitrate commercial and other types of disputes. We also participate in the Collaborative Law process, which allows clients to resolve their matrimonial and family law matters without the need to engage in costly litigation. Our attorneys are licensed to practice in New York as well as Florida, giving the Firm the ability to provide legal services in both states.
Since 1990, the Firm has maintained the highest ("AV") rating awarded by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and is currently listed in the prestigious Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. We strive to provide quality legal, mediation and arbitration services in a dignified manner, combining extensive use of modern technology with a friendly, caring environment. Howard Raab, Esq.
Howard practices primarily Matrimonial and Family Law. He is a Certified Family Mediator and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Arbitrator. He has been practicing law since 1973 and is the founding partner of the Firm. He has organized and served on the faculty for many continuing legal education programs and has been a guest on a local television show featuring marital and prenuptial agreements. Howard is a member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section (currently serving on the continuing legal education and technology committee), the Broward County Bar Association, Broward County Matrimonial Lawyers, the American Bar Association, and is a founding member of The Collaborative Family Lawyers of South Florida.
Ariel Raab, Esq.
Ariel devotes her practice to Matrimonial and Family Law, the defense of Criminal and Traffic matters, Probate of Estates and Probate Litigation. She was admitted to practice in 1979 and is certified by the Florida Supreme Court to act as a Family Mediator. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the Broward County Bar Association, and Broward County Matrimonial Lawyers. Ariel is Managing Partner of the Firm.
