At this firm, all cases are handled by Mr. Dobkin, personally. Mr. Dobkin has over 20 years of experience as a practicing attorney, and he is not only very knowledgeable of the law, but he is also sensitive to the needs of his clients. He is an active member of various community and legal organizations, and has been a regular guest lecturer at local colleges, universities, and legal seminars. He also has a friendly, courteous, and well-informed staff that can assist you with many general questions and/or concerns that you may have. We are a professional organization, and our clients are treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Our goal is to provide quality legal services while establishing and maintaining a long term relationship with all clients. The firm was established in 1983 as a sole proprietorship. The firm practices a wide variety of law focusing primarily on trial practice and procedure in the areas of Criminal Defense (State and Federal), Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, and Marital Law and Family Law. Since the firm furnishes legal services to a broad range of clients, the need arose to service clients in broader disciplines of practice; and so, the firm began Bankruptcy, Collections, Contracts, Wills and Residential Real Estate, and Immigration & Naturalization work. The firm dedicates itself to achieving the realistic goals of its clients and is sensitive to charging reasonable and customary fees which are cost effective for its services. The firm's clientele is of ethnically and culturally diverse backgrounds. Particularly notable are South and Central American clients and European clients who are either visiting South Florida, or are in the process of relocating to the South Florida area. Most clients, however, are from the Greater Miami area. Legal services are provided to businesses, families, and individuals. The firm combines the same approach towards excellence expected of a large firm with the personalized client services and attention of a small firm. Mr. Dobkin handles all cases, personally.
