Patrick F. Gaffney has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1983. He served as an Assistant State Attorney from 1983 to 1986 in the office of the State Attorney. Attorney Gaffney has been board certified by The Florida Bar as a marital and family law specialist since 1995. Mr. Gaffney's current practice consists of representing individuals in family law matters, including divorce, equitable distribution of property, alimony, child custody/visitation/support, domestic violence, paternity and related appeals. |
