Kathleen handles all aspects of matrimonial/family law, including but not limited to divorce, custody, child support, adoptions, visitation, alimony, domestic violence etc. The decisions people make while going through a divorce will affect the rest of their lives. Often, people are so emotional that they forget to think about the details. I spend time with my clients, and make sure that they not only address the important obvious issues such as children, alimony, child support, and homes, but that they also address issues such as insurance, wills, businesses, retirement, and pets. It's so important to make sure ALL of these issues are addressed before reaching any final agreement. Kathleen focuses on making sure her clients receive what they deserve, and that they don't let their state of mind permit them to agree to anything less than what is fair. Kathleen is a member of the Savannah Bar Association. She is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Georgia Association of Women's Lawyers, and the Savannah Trial Lawyer's Association. She has held several leadership positions in professional organizations, including having served as President of Savannah Young Lawyers, President of Savannah Association of Women Lawyers, and President of the Savannah Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
