Description of Services

Our office handles uncontested divorces, that is where husband and wife both agree to the divorce and the terms of the divorce (i.e. child custody, child support, visitation, joint debt, joint property, etc.)and will sign the divorce documents prior to filing with the court. Due to the new Georgia child support law, which went into effect January 1, 2007, more documentation will be needed from both spouses for divorce cases involving minor children. We handle divorce cases in Fulton, Dekalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Clayton, Henry, Rockdale, Newton and Douglas counties. Each client meets with Mr. Jones. Each case is personally supervised by Mr. Jones. Mr. Jones attends every court hearing with the Client. Our office prepares and files all documents related to our clients cases. Please be sure to mention Divorce Source when contacting our office.
