About the Attorney

Ms. Harry is licensed in the Illinois courts and her practice focuses on the area of family law and criminal defense. Such a combination of practice areas is ideal because it allows her to use her negotiation skills while attempting to settle cases, but helps her maintain strong, effective litigation skills at the same time. Most family law cases never go to trial so most family law attorneys lack the litigation experience Ms. Harry possesses. Ms. Harry graduated Cum Laude from Millikin University, Decatur, Illinois in 1988. She graduated from DePaul University College of Law, Chicago, Illinois in 1991. She became licensed in 1991 and, shortly thereafter, joined a local DuPage County firm. Ms. Harry formed her own law firm in 1995 and continues to practice successfully in Oak Brook, Illinois. As an active member of the DuPage County Bar Association, and participate in Continuing Legal Education, Ms. Harry stays apprised of the current laws and cases so as to better assist her clients.
