It is my firm belief that most divorces should be settled by agreement, however, it has been my experience that the best results are obtained when a client and his or her attorney is prepared and willing to go to Court. I have served as an instructor in law in a university setting, law school and continuing education courses for lawyers.I am an active member of many professional associations and have been on the Board of Governors of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial attorneys.
