Walter A. Herbert, Jr., Attorneys at Law, has provided quality legal services to families and individuals since 1987. Mr. Herbert is the Chair of the Prince Georges County Bar Association Family Law Committee. Mr. Herbert is also a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Family Law Section Council, the family law policy-making group for the state or Maryland. Our primary area of practice is Family Law, which includes: divorce, child custody and child support, visitation issues, marital separation agreements, domestic violence hearings, adoption and the representation of juveniles in all court proceedings. Mr. Herbert is a faculty member of the Maryland Institute for the Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers (MICPEL); he has written and lectured extensively on Family Law to lawyers and non-lawyers.
