Stuart Muntzing Skok is a principal in the Firm. She is experienced in handling complex family law matters, including divorce litigation, custody litigation, separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, child support and alimony, property distribution, business valuation, grandparent visitation, third-party custody/visitation, contempt/enforcement actions, modification actions, domestic violence, adoption and guardianship. She is certified in Divorce Mediation and Collaborative Law. She is currently Section Co-Chair of the Family Law Section for the Montgomery County Bar Association for 2007-2008. Stuart is experienced in negotiating and litigating complex cases involving high net worth individuals, individuals who are self-employed and matters which require complex tax strategies. She represents parents in contested custody/visitation cases and is also regularly appointed by the Court to represent minor children in contested custody/visitation cases. She is certified in Collaborative Law through the Maryland Collaborative Practice Council, Inc., (MCPC), for which she is a founding member.
