Description of Services

OFFERING REDUCED FEE DIVORCE SERVICE - CALL FOR DETAILS....603-569-8970
Collaborative Family Law Practice consists of, but not limited to: divorce and related issues including; child custody, visitation/parenting time, child support, modification of alimony and/or child support, spousal support/maintenance, property and debt distribution.
In the Collaborative Law process both parties are respresented by Collaborative Counsel with the specific purpose of reaching a settlement without litigation. The clients do not give up their right to litigate permanently, but during the collaborative law process this option is not available. If a resolution to the conflict is not reached, the collaborative lawyers must withdraw and both parties must hire new counsel. This process allows a greater level of control by the divorcing parties. A collaborative law practioner is often referred to as settlement counsel as the purpose of the process is to reach settlement from the beginning. My practice also includes social security disability and worker's compensation representation.
Please contact me if you are looking for a solution that makes sense for you and your family that will preserve your relationship with your spouse for the future. Particularly in cases where there are children involved and joint parenting issues, the collaborative law process makes sense.
I am a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, The American Bar Association, The New Hampshire Women's Bar Association, The New Hampshire Collaborative Law Alliance, The National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives (NOSSCR), The International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and The New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association.
