Family Lawyer

Bob is a dedicated lawyer with more than 33 years of experience in all aspects of family law. His practice is limited to family law matters only. His areas of concentration include: Divorce, Custody, Parenting time, Support issues, Domestic violence, Prenuptial agreements, Post-divorce matters and Consulting with clients who are mediating family law matters. Bob's goals are to evaluate clients' needs, educate clients, protect their rights, reduce conflict and settle disputes. His philosophy is based upon mutual trust and respect between client and attorney. Bob is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and Franklin & Marshall College. He is a member of the Union County Family Law Committee and a former member of the Family Law Executive Committee for the New Jersey State Bar Association. Bob has been appointed as a discovery master in complex matrimonial litigation, as a Guardian Ad Litem for litigant's and children in divorce and custody litigation and has been chosen to arbitrate divorce-related issues in pending matters before the Superior Court of New Jersey. He has lectured on current family law issues, as well. Bob is actively involved in community activities. He is on the Board of Trustees at Banyan School in Fairfield, New Jersey, and is the former President of the Board of Trustees of the United Way of Eastern Union County.
