My office is located on the Nassau/Queens County border and is conveniently located to all major parkways. My office hours are flexible and I am available for appointments on Saturdays.

I am a member of the Family Law Committee of the New York State, Queens County, and the Nassau County Bar Associations. I am a graduate of St. John's University School of Law and was admitted to the Bar in 1965. Since 1965, I have been a sole practitioner in general practice with a heavy emphasis on Matrimonial Law (90%). Also, since 1979, I have been an Adjunct Lecturer of Family Law in the Paralegal Studies Program at Queens College Continuing Education Program.

I am the author of the book entitled "New York's Equitable Distribution Law". This book is currently being used by Queens College in the Paralegal Program. The book is written in plain language and covers all aspects of property division, child support, and maintenance (alimony) in New York. It also covers the tax implications in a divorce.
