Practice consists of, but not limited to: family law, divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support/maintenance, equitable distribution, mediation, and collaborative divorce. A leader in the field of collaborative practice and divorce mediation, Marc is a co-founder of The New York Association of Collaboative Professionals, a charter member of its board, and former chairman of its nominating and training Committee. He has taught divorce mediation to law students, lawyers and mental health professionals since 1995. He has both a strong command of family and matrimonial law and a sensitivity to the psychodynamics of interpersonal relationships. An attorney since 1980, Marc is an adjunct professor of divorce mediation at the Ackerman Institute for the Family and Brooklyn Law School.
