Mediation

The purpose of mediation is to facilitate communication between two parties so that they can resolve any and all outstanding issues on their own behalf. In the event the parties are able to resolve all issues, there is no need to go to court. This eliminates excessive costs. Mediation speeds up the divorce process and keeps costs to a minimum, as attorneys are not always involved and the parties reach the decisions on their own. I concentrate my mediation practice on family law issues. In particular, I focus on custody, child support, equitable distribution (property division), and alimony.
