Conflicts Coaching and Family & Divorce Mediation Services
Our services provide a personalized and comprehensive way to help individuals, families and couples address the issues that need resolution in divorce, separation and post- divorce issues. Parties are assisted in mediation to arrive at their own solutions, solutions that create the best outcome for their unique circumstances. The mediator identifies areas where information is needed and carefully guides the parties to make decisions in a manner that minimizes unproductive conflict. Other professionals such as therapists, accountants, and appraisers may be consulted to support decision making. Attorneys are also consulted to provide advice on the legal consequences of decisions and review the final agreement. Individual Conflicts Coaching supports you to make clear goals for outcome and shows how to minimize the disruptive effects of being in conflict, the impact of court processes, and to ensure that attorneys are effectively pursuing goals you have set.
