An Initial Fact-Finding Interview will be conducted by a staff member with 15+ years of experience in analytical concern discovery and problem resolution. The in-depth information gathered at this meeting will help in formulating a personalized plan -- one that takes into account your specific needs, values and situation.

Using worksheets and graphs, we will detail what the income-producing aspects can be over time and what "proper division" looks like with regard to state laws on child support and alimony (maintenance). You will be shown several options, demonstrated in clear, concrete terms, via easily understandable charts and graphs, allowing you to more confidently make financial decisions that can affect the rest of your life.

When possible, we can work with both parties jointly to equalize assets. In more adversarial divorces, however, we can work to ensure a fair and equitable outcome for a single client, even act as an expert witness in court.
