Return Policies

This pertains to books and product that have been purchased from Divorcesource.com. This does not pertain to books or products that have been rented from Divorcesource.com. Learn about the Rental Policy and Program.

All books and products are returnable within 15 days of the receipt date. Returns must be in saleable condition. Books with opened CDs or disk products cannot be returned. 

You must call 1-800-680-9052 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with the reason for the return.

Please note: Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Opened Software or Video (VHS) products cannot be returned.

Returns must be received by Divorce Source, Inc. within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA. 

Display the RMA number on the receipt in the lower right corner. You must include a copy of the original receipt with the shipment. 

We strongly recommend using a trackable method to ship returns back to us (UPS or Insured Parcel Post). Divorce Source, Inc. is not responsible for crediting items lost in transit.

Upon receipt of the return, a credit will be made, based on the mode of payment.

Credits will reflect the full value of the book(s) as they appear on the original receipt, excluding shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless an error was made by Divorce Source, Inc.. Please e-mail us with any questions regarding this policy.
