Grandparent Rights to Visitation:

Visitation may be granted if the Grandparents child is dead or if the child's parents are divorced or legally separated. The visitation must also be found to be in the best interest of the child.

When Adoption Occurs:

Adoption terminates all rights.

past conduct and demonstrated moral standards of the parties;

child's wishes;

which party is most likely to act in the child's best interest, including allowing contact with the other party; and

any other relevant factor.
