Trial preparation efforts are important because the information that comes out at a trial depends very much on how well the lawyers understand and present the facts-both favorable and unfavorable-to the judge. Know the exact date and time of the trial.

Prepare written directions to the court house or even go there prior to the day of your trial.

Know what goals you wish to achieve by going to trial.
