- the permanence, as a family unit, of the existing or proposed custodial home;
- moral fitness of the parties;
- mental and physical health of the parties;
- child's home, school and community record;
- the reasonable preference of the child, if of sufficient intelligence, understanding and experience;
- any existence of domestic violence;
- the interaction and interrelationship between the child and parties, siblings and other significant persons; and
- any other relevant factor.
