Our service is different than most Self-Help Service's. If our instructions are not enough for you we will talk you through the process if needed until the case is closed. We will not just sell you forms and wash our hands of you.

Steps for Self Help

1. You complete the questionnaire for processing.

2. We collect information regarding your case and your payment.

3. ASAP will prepare your forms based on the information provided.

4. You review them. If adjustments need to be made, let us know and we will make necessary adjustments.

Once this is complete and the forms are exactly they way you want them, we email or mail you a copy (Per your request). You will sign and file the forms according to the detailed instructions provided. You are always welcome to call us during business hours if further help is needed.

5. After filing your final documents notification by the court usually happens shortly thereafter by mail.
