As a leading attorney in the Jacksonville divorce lawyer community, Mr. Willmott served as a Master and member of the Executive Council of the prestigious Florida Family Law Inn of Court and was Chairman of the Family Law Section of the Jacksonville Bar Association from 2003 to 2010.

In addition to representing clients as a divorce lawyer, Mr. Willmott has successfully mediated hundreds of divorce cases as a Florida Supreme Court certified family divorce mediator. As part of his commitment to fostering excellence in the legal profession of divorce, Mr. Willmott's experience as a Board Certified divorce lawyer has allowed him to serve as an Adjunct Professor at the acclaimed Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville.

Mr. Willmott has been a popular guest speaker at Jacksonville University's Purses and Portfolios where he provides guidance on all aspects of divorce for women executives and professionals, although his practice is dedicated to aggressively representing both men and women. He has also been responsible for organizing as well as a lecturing at some of the Florida Bar's and Jacksonville Bar Association's legal education seminars for divorce lawyers specializing in family law.
