Eric serves as co-chair of Fox Rothschild's Family Law Practice and is a member of the firm's Litigation Department. He is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys. Throughout his career, Eric's practice has focused on family law litigation and related matters.

I am a member of the firm's Litigation Department and Co- I am certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. I am a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Attorneys and the Litigation Counsel of America. My practice focuses on complex family law litigation, such as:
• matrimonial actions, including complex matters involving valuation issues • custody, including high conflict matters • alimony and child support • equitable distribution • paternity • grandparent visitation • domestic violence • prenuptial, cohabitation and property settlement agreements • enforcement and modification of agreements, orders, and judgments • rights of cohabitants • litigation, mediation, and arbitration of family law matters • Appellate practice in family law matters I have also been involved in several reported cases including the seminal cases of Parish v. Parish and Maeker v. Ross.
