Attorney Jennifer Nagel is licensed in three states, Arizona, California, and Nevada, and has been a practicing attorney since 1998.

In 2008, she was appointed as a Flagstaff Justice Court judge, and a Flagstaff Municipal Court magistrate. She has worked as an adjunct professor at the W.A. Franke College of Business at Northern Arizona University. She is on several attorney panels for Coconino County, including the juvenile dependency panel and the Best Interest Attorney panel for the County. She is an attorney panelist for the Coconino County Arbitration panel. She is also an attorney panelist on several legal plans, including Legal Force (formerly Prepaid Legal), Hyatt Legal Plan, ARAG, Union Plus, and CLC. She has received numerous pro bono awards for her dedicated volunteer work with D.N.A. People's Legal Services, including awards for her work with divorce clinics and self-help seminars, including the "Representing Yourself in Court" seminars.

In 2004, she received the State Bar of Arizona's Arizona Foundation for Legal Services award for Top Pro Bono Attorneys in Arizona. She has been a mock trial judge and attorney coach at the county and state level Mock Trial competitions.

During her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with her family, learning her faith, and volunteering at her church.
