Mr. Frazier has experience in a wide variety of civil litigation and related appeals in both state and federal courts. Mr. Frazier's clients include businesses such as a regional hospital, a national quarrying and mining company, and a regional bank. Mr. Frazier also represents individuals in a variety of matters including property disputes and serves as counsel to a property owners association. Mr. Frazier also has an active practice in divorce and domestic relations matters. Mr. Frazier performs pro-bono legal work as a volunteer for Legal Aid of Arkansas and is a member of the Equal Access to Justice Panel.
