The firm is based in Santa Fe, New Mexico and litigates throughout the state in both state and federal courts. The founder of our firm, Gary D. Elion, has been engaged in the practice of law since 1982. He has successfully handled legal matters ranging from real estate disputes and trade secrets to wire fraud and unlawful business practices.

Mr. Elion treats each client and case individually. He devotes the time, attention, and resources necessary to move a case along as efficiently and effectively as possible. The way in which Mr. Elion approaches each case is dependent on the nature of the case, although he is always detail-oriented and strategic when considering ways in which to seek a resolution.

Our practice covers the state and federal courts of New Mexico and California, the 9th Circuit Courts of Appeals, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Different types of cases are handled in each of these courts and a member of our firm can discuss with you the court in which your case will be handled.
