I believe strongly in the collaborative family law and mediation process.
I can help you restructure your family and address the financial issues relative to the distribution of your marital estate in an environment that promotes cooperation and resolution. I believe that compassion is critical and that belief guides both my private life and my professional life. I have over 20 years of experience practicing family law. During the ealry years of my career, I litigated many high-conflict family law cases and witnessed the harm to families caused by in-court, adversarial proceedings. For this reason, the focus of my pracitce is now collaborative family law and mediation to resolve family law disputes rather than litigation. Areas of Practice
