Mr. White has been able to use the communication and leadership skills and talents honed during his eleven plus years in the United States Army and the knowledge and skills developed in his broad practice to effectively work toward resolution of problems, to muster the resources to accomplish large goals, and to weigh evidence and evaluate circumstances in order to present the strongest case to judge and jury.

Mr. White’s experience in simple and complex business litigation was developed in representation of companies and individuals as plaintiffs and defendants in business-tort, breach of contract and RICO cases as well as cases involving fiduciary fraud, officer and agent disloyalty and lender liability disputes. Mr. White has spent significant time over the course of his career drafting contracts, reviewing contracts and advising clients regarding the terms of their contracts in order to avoid litigation.
