If you are looking for tools to soothe your anxiety, lift yourself from depression, recover from trauma, or heal your relationships, please call me.
Modern neuroscience has confirmed the value of developing a non-judgmental awareness of our present experience in order to experience healing and happiness. Often called mindfulness, it is helpful in all situations. I have practiced mindfulness for 25 years and have taught it to therapists and clients (in session or in classes). About Us
I use a blend of approaches designed to meet you where you are so that you can get where you want to go. I'm an active therapist who also knows how to listen. I accept and work with all kinds of people.
I find that what often hinders our ability to be happy is judgment of ourselves or another. When we can bring qualities of curiosity, warmth and acceptance, combined with communication and self-soothing techniques, we find ourselves more able to deal with the inevitable problems that arise in everyday life.
