We feel that agreements reached by the parties are more effective in the long run than orders issued by the court. Your privacy is extremely important to us. We specialize in collaborative family law, mediation, and settlement negotiations. In certain cases, we will litigate your case if necessary.

We recognize that family law legal issues can be expensive at a time when a family’s resources are being divided. We will try to work with you to realize the most cost-effective solution. We also accept major credit cards for your convenience.

Our office and our staff are kept intentionally small. We use the fees that you pay to work diligently on your case, and not to support unnecessary office space or administrative staff. We often answer our own phones. You will not be reduced to a case number at our firm.
