We offer divorce mediation via conference call as well as in person. Our goal is to assist divorcing or separating couples to make decisions about parenting, support, and asset distribution in a time and cost effective manner.
About Us
Marilyn A. Westlake has been a divorce attorney mediator for over thirty years. Marilyn has represented clients in a full range of legal issues including divorce, child custody, parental access schedules (visitation), child support, grandparent rights and adoption.

Marilyn will set up conference call mediation sessions to work through all the decisions couples need to make prior to drafting a Separation/Settlement Agreement.
She will explain the law and discuss what would happen if the parties hired attorneys and went to court. To the best of our knowledge, Marilyn is the only divorce attorney/mediator who routinely conducts telephone conference call mediation sessions with divorcing couples. Evening and weekend appointments are available. |
