Mr. Perskin is committed to the advancement of legal knowledge, and speaks frequently on issues relating to matrimonial and family law. Recent talks have included the successful use of depositions in matrimonial proceedings and the analysis of custody evaluations, as well as how Judge's really view equitable distribution and the valuations of closely held businesses and enhanced earnings.
