After 25 years in financial planning and real estate development, I decided to move into full time mediation in the spring of 1999. Because of my background, I was comfortable mediating general business cases, real estate condemnation cases, contractor- homeowner, and probate and estate issues.
To expand on my opportunities I took a course in Child Protective Services mediation and an opportunity to mediate these cases led me into doing over 100 of theses cases over the years and I became one of the most experienced mediators in this highly specialized field. In 2006, I was awarded by the State of Texas, the Ellis County Family Services Award for outstanding mediation of CPS cases. Areas of Practice
