Conveniently located at Loop 610 & Kirby - across the freeway from Reliant Stadium. Price is $500 for 4 hours (or $250 per side). Then $125 for every hour after the initial 4 hours. Payment is cash only. No personal checks or credit cards are accepted. Please be advised that if I am retained as your mediator then I cannot act as an attorney. The State of Texas code of ethics does not permit me to act in these two different roles. Therefore, you will need to retain the services of an attorney. About Us
- I am a credentialed advanced mediator through the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association (TMCA).
- I am a member of the Texas Association of Mediators (TAM) & the Association of Conflict Resolution (ACR) & I currently serve on the Houston chapter's board. - I have taken advanced mediation training in several areas including CPS cases, domestic violence, elder law and family law. - I am a volunteer at the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center for their family law & CPS mediations. - I'm a second generation Houstonian. - I'm a former small business owner that attended law school after getting some bad legal advice. - While attending law school, I was employed full-time and a divorced parent of a toddler. My ex-husband and I co-parented our child without ever modifying our court orders. Now that our child is grown, we still talk on a regular basis. - I've been licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas since 1991. - I was on staff at Houston Volunteer Lawyers for over 4 years. - I’m a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Houston Bar Association’s Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution sections. - I was admitted to the U.
