Todd received his undergraduate degree from the U.S. Naval Academy and his law degree from George Washington University in Washington D.C. He is admitted to practice in the State of Washington, the District of Columbia, and federal courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been honored by his peers for a number of years as an elected officer of the Washington State Association for Justice, formerly the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.
