The firm's clientele is of ethnically and culturally diverse backgrounds. Particularly notable are South and Central American clients and European clients who are either visiting South Florida, or are in the process of relocating to the South Florida area. Most clients, however, are from the Greater Miami area. Legal services are provided to businesses, families, and individuals.

The firm was established in 1983 as a sole proprietorship. The firm practices a wide variety of law focusing primarily on trial practice and procedure in the areas of Criminal Defense (State and Federal), Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, and Marital Law and Family Law. Since the firm furnishes legal services to a broad range of clients, the need arose to service clients in broader disciplines of practice; and so, the firm began Bankruptcy, Collections, Contracts, Wills and Residential Real Estate, and Immigration & Naturalization work.
