I understand what hopelessness feels like because I've been there and also come out the other side a much stronger person.
I have extensive professional experience in the area of Women’s Issues and have helped numerous people over the years resolve their pain and move towards a life they can feel in control of again. About Us
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling from Seattle University with a focus on Education. I completed my internship at a local Jr. High School and upon completion, became a Certified Educational Staff Associate. I have worked as a Contract Therapist, Advocate, and Group Facilitator at various social service agencies including DSHS, YWCA and Eastside Domestic Violence Program. In addition to my private practice, I have worked with individuals and families at a Hospital Behavioral Health Organization.
