About Us
My name is Jim Hart and I am the founder of The Hart Family Law Firm. I first opened my own law practice in Florida in 2005, and relocated to North Carolina in 2009. I am licensed to practice law in both North Carolina and Florida. My small family law and divorce practice is based in Cary, North Carolina – but I accept cases from clients throughout Wake County, including Raleigh. I have intentionally limited the size of my practice so that I can provide personal attention to each and every one of my clients. In addition, in an effort to cut costs and expenses for clients, I run a paperless office – all of my files are stored electronically with several backups in place for added security.
