A. David Necco is affiliated with Phi Delta Phi Law Fraternity. He has been admitted to practice in Oklahoma, Judge Advocate, US Claims Court and Tax Court, Federal District Court of Oklahoma, Tenth Circuit and US Veterans Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association. He has been licensed to practice law since 1965.
He is also an adjunct professor at Oklahoma City University Meinder’s School of Business and has taught Business Law, International law, Public International Law, Ethics in Business and Ethics and Management in International Business. He has also taught at Webster University and has been an exchange professor teaching in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia for Oklahoma City University. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserves in 1953. In 1958 he was commissioned as an Officer and in 1996 he retired from the Marine Corp Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel. Charles J. Byrd
