Armand is an experienced attorney specializing in Banking, Bankruptcy, Business Acquisitions, Civil/Commercial Litigation, Collection Litigation, Corporate Planning, Estate Planning, Family Law, Loan Documentation, Mergers and Tax Issues, Personal Injury, Shareholder Disputes, and Trust and Probate Administration. Armand has also served as an Arbitrator, Case Evaluator, Facilitator, and Mediator. Armand is admitted to both the State and Federal Bar Associations, and is an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Mount Clemens. Armand graduated from Wayne State University with his B.S.B.A., Summa Cum Laude, in 1980; Wayne State University Law School with his J.D. in 1982; and Wayne State University Law School with his LL.M. in Taxation in 1986. Armand became a Certified Public Accountant in 1983.
