I can guide you through the process of representing yourself. This is a very effective method of saving on legal fees because you do part of the work yourself. My role is to prepare your documents for you; give you the legal advice you need; and prepare you to represent yourself so that you can avoid making any crucial mistakes. I will also advise you as to whether or not you are a candidate for the "Self-Help" approach.

Most importantly I am an Attorney not a paralegal document preparation service or a forms company. Your documents are prepared and reviewed by an Attorney. A non-lawyer document preparation company cannot provide you with legal advice and is not permitted to change or modify the information you provide.
