In 1991 Bob and Virginia Berlin established Decision Management Associates, Inc. to provide Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR) services throughout Georgia. As an attorney, educator, judge, legislator and therapist, Bob saw the need for dispute resolution strategies outside the courtroom. With 25 years experience as an educator and trainer, Bob and wife, Virginia, teamed up to provide mediation and dispute resolution training.

In the years since Virginia's passing, Bob discovered his passion for teaching and mentoring has increased. In 2006 Carolyn Raines accepted the invitation to join forces to create new and relevant programs to add to the already successful training - thus The New DMA, Inc.
