copies of complaint filed with police

I filed for divorce from my husband 3 months ago, however he will not leave the house. I had to call the police tonight because he would not leave me alone. I had to tell 1 officer my side of the story while he told the other officer his side of the story. I heard some of the things he was saying which were lies (which I knew he would do). Can I get a copy of what he said to the police. If not can my lawyer?
