Actually yes she does in Mississippi or she has to prove I was cruel and inhumane, a drug addict, in prison, didnt provide her sex, mentally ill, cheated on her, ect.
Since "I dont love you any more" cause I wonder what it would be like to have sex with other men instead of just one man for 18 years doesnt fall in any of those catagories. I either have to let it go to divorce under irreconcilable differences (both parties either have to agree or at least not fight it) or she has to lie and prove I am a monster who beat her, cheated on her, ect.
The real reason to fight the divorce though is that since I will end up with all the bills and wont be able to come up with the 4 to 5 hundred dollars a weekend visit would cost me for about 3.5 years, its the only hope I have of being a dad to my kids again.
