You should not have married. You stayed in the marriage too long and it seems that you hope abuse will occur in order to better your position in the divorce. None of those are particularly redeeming factual issues. The bottom line is that you were married and had children. Now you wish to divorce which means dividing assets, debts and arriving a suitable parenting time plan that works for both parents and the children. You may wish to start with mediation.
